On Saturday, May 28th in the unclaimed lands adjacent to the Barony of Cleftlands, their Royal Majesties King Louis and Queen Sadb hosted the 106th Crown Tournament of the Middle Kingdom in conjunction with the Kingdom Arts & Sciences Faire. Once the skies cleared and the blows were counted, the Midrealm rejoiced in the knowledge that the heirs to the throne had been revealed. We are pleased to welcome Prince Wigthegn the Younger and Princess Neassa O’Cathasaigh. Congratulations to Their Royal Highnesses!

April 15: Standard Bearers. Held at the meeting site. Pre-registration is closed. Pre-registration forms for competing in armored combat, rapier, archery and A&S can be found via the event portal. The theme for the A&S competition is “Something you would take to war.” You can compete even if you don’t want to be a champion, and can take part in multiple events. There will be pick-up combat bouts. Lord Rohan is in charge of the all-indigenous foods feast; help is needed to cook and serve. See Lord Tarmach for event details.

March 26: The Cleftlands group trip to see the Tudor meets Sunday, March 26, at 11:45 a.m. in the Cleveland Museum of Art Atrium. We’ll try to find a spot to the left, towards the exhibition hall. MOAS Mistress Elizabeth will have the group tickets to distribute then. Our tickets will allow us entrance to the exhibit at noon.
