Important Meeting Notes

We are returning home to our regular meeting site next week!

Tonight is our last meeting at the temporary site, Ss. Robert and William Catholic Parish.  We will be packing up our baronial impedimentia and loading it into vehicles for transport back to our regular home.

1/15 – we are back at the Good Shepard’s Family Center (same place, new name) at St John of the Cross, 140 Richmond Rd, Euclid.  Please be ready to help unload the above mentioned boxes and vehicles as we settle back in!

1/18 – A Regular Event in Cleftlands (hey, that’s us!)   @ Ss. Robert and William Catholic Parish

  • Dayboard throughout the day & Feast are included in your site fee.
  • Please bring your own feast gear and drinking vessel.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available, but please also wash your hands well and often due to the current prevalence of norovirus in the area.
  • Pre-reg has opened – see Cadfan at meeting to sign up in advance and avoid the line.
  • Several tournaments with cool prizes are planned – see website for more details.
  • Wide variety of classes available – check the schedule on the website for details.
  • Herald for the court procession needed.

Guild & Officer Announcements

Armorers:  Meeting at regular time & place, see Baron Calum for details.

Arts & Sciences:  Teachers are needed for the 2025 schedule – please see Mistress Elizabethe if you are interested in teaching a class.

Exchequer:  We ask each person to donate $2/meeting, or $100/yr; if this is your 1st meeting, please be our guest.

Garb-a-Thon: From 10am till 6pm on 1/25 (last Sat of the month) at the new sewing center!

Scribes: There is a meeting 7-9:30pm on Monday 1/13 @ Master Milesent’s home – contact her for details.

Youth: Sparring authorizations for fighters interested in sparring with youth will be held during the first meeting in February.

Also, Mistress Elizabethe will be stepping down as our Minister of Arts and Sciences later this month, and Mistress Angharad will be stepping down as Seneschal in the first half of 2025.  If you are interested in one of these, applications for both positions have been posted on our website.  If you have questions about what the positions entail, please contact them and ask.
