Cleftlands will be hosting Fall Crown Tournament on October 17 in at the Huron County Fairgrounds in Norwalk, OH, about a 1 ¼-hour drive to the west of the Barony. If you are interested in helping with the event, contact Sir Crispin or Mistress Snowden.
On behalf of Their Royal Majesties of the Middle Kingdom, Their Excellencies Pietro and Aurelia presented Order of the Grove tokens to the members of Musica Nebulae.

Archery: Practice on Mondays, 5-7pm, see Forester Dafydd or Facebook for details and weather updates.
Armorers: Meeting at usual time & place, see Baron Calum for details.
Melees are moving outside as weather permits.
Arts & Sciences:
If you took a class, or taught a class, at Pennsic, please consider sharing that knowledge and teach a class to our Barony. Contact Mistress Thorhalla if interested.
Cooks: Next Wednesday is the last Wednesday of the month. There will be an Ice Cream Social. The Populace is invited to bring what toppings they wish.
Demos: Upcoming demos:
September 13th at the Cleveland Gaming Classic at the Huntington Convention Center. Only doing the demo on Sunday, as there are several SCA events also taking place on Saturday – armored and rapier are specifically requested. Looking for captains to manage each list. A sign-up sheet will be going out this weekend, which will ensure free entry to the event. For more information, contact Forester Cadfan or Lord Magnus.
Exchequer: We ask each person to donate $2/meeting, or $100/yr; if this is your 1st meeting, please be our guest.
Youth: If you are interested in becoming a Youth Officer At Large, please see Dame Elizabethe Alles.
Marshalls: A request was made by Captain Kollin for more Youth Marshalls, as we have gained more youth who are interested in armored and rapier fighting. Teachers are also needed.
There will not be a Garb-a-Thon this weekend.
