As of tonight, we are back at the Good Shepherd Family Center (same place, new name) at St John of the Cross, 140 Richmond Rd, Euclid. Please adjust your autopilot accordingly…

1/18 – A Regular Event in Cleftlands (hey, that’s us!) @ Ss. Robert and William Catholic Parish

- Dayboard throughout the day & Feast are included in your site fee.
- Please bring your own feast gear and drinking vessel. Washing stations will be available.
- The kitchen could use more hands that day; see Angharad if available.
- Hand sanitizer will be available, but please also wash your hands well and often due to the current prevalence of norovirus in the area.
- Pre-reg is still available online till midnight tonight (Wednesday).
- Several tournaments with cool prizes are planned – see website for more details.
- Wide variety of classes available – check the schedule on the website for details.
- Crafters Green will be in the populace area upstairs.
- Youth Point will be in the populace area.
- Herald for the court procession needed.
- Security needed for royalty area.

Guild & Officer Announcements
Armorers: Meeting at regular time & place, see Baron Calum for details.
Arts & Sciences: Teachers are needed for the 2025 schedule – please see Mistress Elizabethe if you are interested in teaching a class. Use our lovely new classroom!
Cooks: January cooks guild challenge is things that look like snow and/or ice – be creative!
Exchequer: We ask each person to donate $2/meeting, or $100/yr; if this is your 1st meeting, please be our guest.
Iron Key: A novice tournament is scheduled at our event this weekend – contact Iron Key if you need gear for it.
Musicians: More singers are wanted for the royal procession at Regular Event this weekend. There may be schtick involved…

Also, Mistress Elizabethe will be stepping down as our Minister of Arts and Sciences later this month, and Mistress Angharad will be stepping down as Seneschal in the first half of 2025.
