Meeting Minutes: 19-Jun-59

Events

Pennsic: 37 days to go!  Online prereg was extended through midnight tonight, 6/19.

Coronation: Their Highnesses have decided to move Fall Coronation to Indiana, closer to their home in Chicago.  The Kingdom Seneschal apologized for the inconvenience and any hardship to our barony, and made it clear that they were very happy with the bid when it was approved; the only issue was the 7+ hour distance that would preclude many of Their Highnesses’ friends and family from attending.

If you have made any purchases toward planning the event, please see Robert with the receipts so you can be reimbursed.
