Crown Tournament and Kingdom A&S Updates:

Feast is more than half full. There are camping spaces and hotel rooms available, but we will lose the discount if we don’t get enough people signed up.
Gate will open at 5 p.m. Friday for campers.
There is a Pelicans’ meeting at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Her Majesty Sabd hosts a bardic hour in the Royal Encampment; time TBA
Anyone seeking to serve as TRM’s A&S champion can create a display in Kingdom A&S display showing their qualifications. A Kingdom A&S entry can also be considered for TRM’s A&S champion position.

Breakfast bar: Muffins, breakfast-type finger foods and pastries are needed. Give them to Baroness Madelaine on May 24 or the morning of May 27 at the event.

UPCOMING CLEFTLANDS EVENTS
May 31: A relax-a-revel (no planned activities) will be held.
June 10: NOWM, in Wellington. Registration is now open during baronial meetings. Camping will be allowed Saturday night; campers must talk to the camp’s representative at troll to make arrangements. Mistress Elizabethe is organizing classes. Registration will be taken at meetings soon. See Lord Meinhard for details.

OLD BUSINESS
Exchequer: Members are asked to donate $2 per meeting, or $100 per year, to cover the cost of the meeting hall rental.
Quartermaster: The quartermaster must be notified at least two weeks in advance if a member wishes to borrow baronial gear.
Baronial meetings: Set-up starts at 6:30 p.m. and activities start at 7 p.m. A brief business meeting is held about 9 p.m.
