IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Crown Tournament and Kingdom A&S: Cleftlands will host this Kingdom-level event May 27-28 (Memorial Day weekend), 2023 at the Ashtabula Fairgrounds. Due to the change in dates from Fall Coronation to May, we need of a day-of event steward. Anyone interested should talk to our seneschal Mistress Angharad or Our Excellencies Pietro and Aurelia. The person will be selected at the officers meeting Feb. 8. See THL Jolicia atte Northclyfe if you want to know more about the event.
NOWM: We have a bid for NOWM, to be held June 10 in Wellington. Event Steward Lord Meinhart needs assistance, and is looking for an intern to shadow him with an eye to taking over the event in the future.
Feb. 22: A&S Exhibit. Items worked on during the past year, and works in progress, are welcome.

Gold Key: The application is posted on the baronial website. Applications close Feb. 22 and will be reviewed at the March 1 officers meeting.
Youth Officer: The application is on the baronial website. It will remain open until there are applicants.

Seneschal: Bids are in the works for Northern Oaken A&S Fair and Standard Bearers.
Minster of Arts and Sciences: The barony is organizing a group to see “The Tudors: Art and Majesty in Renaissance England” at the Cleveland Museum of Art on Sunday, March 26. See our Minister of Arts and Sciences Dame Elizabethe for details.

- A scroll-making session is Tuesday, Feb. 7 at Critical Hit gaming shop in Cleveland Heights. See our seneschal Mistress Angharad for more information.
Armorers Guild: This guild meets most Thursdays in Berea. The host requires that participants be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend. See Baron Calum for details.

Exchequer: Members are asked to donate $2 per meeting, or $50 per year, to cover the cost of the meeting hall rental.
Quartermaster: The quartermaster must be notified at least two weeks in advance if a member wishes to borrow baronial gear.
Baronial meetings: Set-up starts at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting starts at 7 p.m. We must vacate the building before 10 p.m.
