IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

Cleftlands bid for fall Coronation: Unfortunately, this has been cancelled because the site gave another group the date we needed. But other exciting developments are in the works!

Noblesse Largess: This gift exchange has been postponed to Feb. 1 at 7:30 p.m. Participants should bring their gifts wrapped if possible.

DESSERT REVELS:

Feb. 22 – A&S Exhibit. Items worked on during the past year, and works in progress, are welcome.

May 31: Armored combat tournament

Aug. 30: Archery tournament

Nov. 29: Rapier tournament

OPEN OFFICER POSITIONS

Gold Key: The application will be posted on the baronial website Feb. 1. Applications close Feb. 22 and will be reviewed at the March 1 officers meeting.

Youth Officer: The application is on the baronial website. It will remain open until there are applicants.

Chatelaine: The application will be posted on the baronial website Feb. 1. Applications close Feb. 22 and will be reviewed at the March 1 officers meeting.

OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENTS

Minster of Arts and Sciences: The barony is organizing a group to see “The Tudors: Art and Majesty in Renaissance England” at the Cleveland Museum of Art on Sunday, March 26. Those who are interested should fill out the online form, and see our Minister of Arts and Sciences Dame Elizabethe for details.

GUILD ANNOUNCEMENTS

Armorers Guild: This guild meets most Thursdays in Berea. The host requires that participants be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend. See Baron Calum for details.

OLD BUSINESS

Exchequer: Members are asked to donate $2 per meeting, or $50 per year, to cover the cost of the meeting hall rental.

Quartermaster: The quartermaster must be notified at least two weeks in advance if a member wishes to borrow baronial gear.

Baronial meetings: Set-up starts at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting starts at 7 p.m. We must vacate the building before 10 p.m.
