Demos: No updates
Events:
- Last NOWM announcement: 604 people intended, inclusive of adults, children, and comped guests. Our balance on the event was $1,741.03.
- Brawl at the Crooked Dragon Inn/Tournament of Chivalry is this Saturday in Falcon’s Quarry. There will be plenty of interesting fighting with attendees form all over the Kingdom. There will be fun rapier tourneys, and, if it gets too hot, a water battle, so bring your water guns and buckets.
Officers
- A&S Minister, Runa: There will be no classes during July and August. Please submit class suggestions for September.
- Rapier Marshal, Velvet: On 3-Jul in Aethelmearc there is a regional rapier practice at Sundered Oak starting around 6 pm. It’s only two hours away. He’ll be posting information if you’re interested in attending.
Guilds
Guilds are the special interest groups of the SCA: people working together to focus on a particular activity. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.
- Armorer’s Guild meets at Ealdred and Clairiel’s home this Thursday. Please contact Calum at calum@att.net for information or directions.

- Equestrian Practice at Half Oaks Farm meets on Sundays, depending on weather. If you have questions, please contact Tina Layne or James Layne on Facebook.
- Archery Guild meet this upcoming Monday starting around 5:30 pm. Please check the Baronial Facebook page for details, or contact Gwyneth.
- Needleworkers Guilds meets 2nd and 4th Tuesdays,around 7 pm. Details will be posted online, or you can contact Madelaine at lymadelaine@sbcglobal.net. The Baronial Banner project for Pennsic is proceeding well after the last meeting.

- Gregorian Chant Choir is being led by Meridian at Baronial meetings. Please contact her if arndtvocals@gmail.com: no experience in chant or rehearsal is required. She’s preparing for NOWM.

Baron and Baroness
- Baron Wars was a low turnout, but Falcon’s Quarry is an even closer event, so we expect to see more people in attendance at Brawl and the Tournament of Chivalry.
- Gianna will be serving as List Mistress at Brawl this Saturday. If you’d like to assist her please drop on by.
