Meeting Minutes 21-Jun-58

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: SCOTTISH GAMES

Saturday, June 24, Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, 19201 E. Bagley Road, Berea OH 44130

Tent set-up is Friday from noon to 4:30 p.m., or on Saturday morning. On Saturday, vehicles can drive up to the demo site until 9 a.m.

A schedule of demo activities will be presented that day.

When you arrive, look for Gate 5 to the right as you drive into the fairgrounds. Gate 5 leads to a parking lot that is near our demo site.

Please bring your own chair.

A new Society-wide rule states that members of the public who handle anything at a demo must first sign a waiver. Demo visitors will receive a hand stamp indicating that they have signed the waiver. Please check for the hand stamp before allowing people to touch anything.

A list of what people should bring to the Hospitality Tent will be posted soon.

Please spend the majority of your time in the demo area.

See our demo coordinator Lady Shahzada Al-Zahra for more information.
