CLEFTLANDS EVENTS IN 2023
Their Excellencies would like to hold Standard Bearers (before July 1), NOWM and Regular Event this year. Event sites and an event steward for Standard Bearers are needed. Event stewards for NOWM and Regular Event are in place. They are also looking for bids for small, single-topic symposium-style events, and/or a Northern Oaken A&S Fair.

Youth Officer: The position will remain open until filled.
OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENTS
Minster of Arts and Sciences: Deputies and teachers are needed. Please suggest classes you would like to take, and look for announcements of Cleveland Museum of Art field trips.
GUILD ANNOUNCEMENTS
Armorers Guild: This guild meets most Thursdays in Berea. The host requires that participants be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend. See Baron Calum for details.
The Drawing Circle: This activity returns Jan. 11. Check the baronial calendar on the website for details or see Lady Rivkah.
Crochet Circle: Stop by if you would like to learn this skill. Yarn, books and patterns will be provided.
The Baronial Book: See Lord James if you would like to add a poem or story to the hand-made Baronial Book.

OLD BUSINESS
Exchequer: Members are asked to donate $2 per meeting, or $50 per year, to cover the cost of the meeting hall rental.
Quartermaster: The quartermaster must be notified at least two weeks in advance if a member wishes to borrow baronial gear.
Baronial meetings: Set-up starts at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting starts at 7 p.m. We must vacate the building before 10 p.m.
