March 25: Regional A&S Fair. Held at the meeting site. See Sir Crispin for details.

May 27-28: Crown Tournament and Kingdom A&S: Ashtabula Fairgrounds. The positions of herald on site, youth activities (including boffer), camping person-in-charge, thrown weapons and shire reeve need to be filled. See Lady Katherin verch Rhys for details.

GUILD ANNOUNCEMENTS
Armorers Guild: This guild meets most Thursdays in Berea. The host requires that participants be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend. See Baron Calum for details.

OLD BUSINESS
Exchequer: Members are asked to donate $2 per meeting, or $100 per year, to cover the cost of the meeting hall rental.
Quartermaster: The quartermaster must be notified at least two weeks in advance if a member wishes to borrow baronial gear.
Baronial meetings: Set-up starts at 6:30 p.m. and activities start at 7 p.m. A brief business meeting is held about 9 p.m. We must vacate the building before 10 p.m.
