- Gianna is reaching the end of her term as Seneschal and would like to step down before NOWM. If you are at all interested in the position, please talk to her about it. She’ll make herself available 8-8:45 at meetings.
Officers
- Minister of A&S: Classes are scheduled from next week through mid-April. Please check the Baronial calendar on the website for the schedule and descriptions. Colette is also hosting a year-long challenge for teaching: a point for classes held at meetings, guilds, or events, and two points for teaching at Pennsic. At the March Dessert Revel, there will be a Scribal Arts show: please bring your scrolls off the wall to share with everyone.
Guilds
Guilds are the special interest groups of the SCA: people working together to focus on a particular activity. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.

- Armorer’s Guild will be meeting at Ealdred and Clariel’s home this Thursday, 7-10 pm . Please contact Calum at calum@att.net for information or directions.

- Needleworkers will meet at Dulcia’s home Tue 2/21. Contact Madelaine at ladymadelaine@sbcglobal.net if you have questions. There will be classes upcoming on traveling sewing baskets, shoemaking, and handsewing: they can be found on the Baronial calendar.
- Please sign up with Angharad for the Siege Cookery Challenge, which will be held at the February Dessert Revel. Bags of supplies will be available in two weeks, giving you two weeks to prepare something amazing from the ingredient’s supplied.
Baron & Baroness
Constanza:
- At Better War through Archery, Muldonney and Tarmach joined the King’s Merry Men. Gwyneth received her Dragon’s Barb.
- At Candlemas, Thorin and Wynfang made it to the final 16, while Ivan made it to the final 8.
Calum:
- Last Wednesday for February is the next Rapier Tourney. Please bring your consort, and prepare to impress the Barony with your prowess.
