Breakfast

A collection of period (or period style) offerings with the required amounts of coffee and tea.

Lunch

The lunch tavern is included in the cost of your site fee and consists of: chicken or spinach dumplings, a fruit, a cookie, and drink of your choice.

Feast

The feast for this event shall be based on the famed German period cook book of Sabine Welserin and consist of a starting course, a main course of meat, a vegetable and side dish, and a dessert.

• bratwurst with Lombard mustard
• braised lentils (with onions)
• Bavarian-style soft pretzels
