Guilds
Guilds are the special interest groups of the SCA: people working together to focus on a particular activity. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.
- Armorer’s Guild does NOT meet at Ealdred and Clairiel’s home this Thursday. Please contact Calum at calum@att.net for information or directions.
- Unofficial Fencing Practice is occurring this Sunday now that NOWM is past. They meet again on 16-Jun. You can contact Cynwrig for details at jimpretz@sbcglobal.net..
- Archery Guild normally meets Monday around 5:30 pm. They’ll also be meeting this Sunday, 17-Jun, at 10 am, in Punderson State Park, to shoot the seasonal Society Challenge. Please check the Baronial Facebook page for details, or contact Gwyneth.
- Leatherwork’s Guild meets Tuesdays at Oliver’s at 7 pm . Please contact Oliver at adifferenttwist@gmail.com or on Oliver Stillman on Facebook for directions and information.
- Cook’s Guild will be holding a ‘Cooking over Fire’ get together on Sun, 24-Jun: details to follow. Please check the Cleftlands Cooks Facebook page for details.
- Needleworkers will meet next on Tue, 26-Jun at Madelaine’s home to work on the war-booty banners. They normally meet second and fourth Tuesdays. Details will be posted online, or you can contact Madelaine at lymadelaine@sbcglobal.net.
- The Schola Petrae, Cleftlands Chant group, will be beginning practices again. Please contact Meridian at arndtvocals@gmail.com .

- Sirius’s Two-Man Melee Tourney was won by the only team of two unbelts: Muldonney and Edricsson. They received the prize of two hand-made axes.
- The Northern Oaken Archery Champion, chosen by competition at NOWM, is Gladius the Alchemist.
